Privacy Policy

All the personal information gathered on our web site will be kept complete confidential and used only for the purpose of serving you, our customer. We do not sell or release personal customer information. If at any time in the future, you wish to have your personal information removed from our records, please contact us with your request.

Sensitive information, such as credit card information is gathered via a Secure Server Connection using SSL technology and a digital certificate.

We do use cookies for the shopping cart, and thus a browser must be set to accept cookies for the shopping process. However these cookies are temporary only, and they expire with the closing of a current browser session.

Our server keeps a log of users who access the web site. This information provides reports on site activity by IP number and browser type, but does not record any personal information such as e-mail, name or address.

Return Policy

We have a 7 day return policy. Contact us via e-mail within 72 hours of receipt of you order and provide us with your customer number, titles of items to be returned, and the reason for returning the product. We will send you an e-mail message with an RMA number and the instructions for returning the items. All merchandise must be returned unmarked, undamaged and prepaid.

Any UNOPENED packages can be returned to us for a full refund, less shipping charges and a 20% restocking fee. Returns due to printing errors will be replaced. Invoicing errors will be handled on a case by case basis. Goods received in damaged condition will be replaced. If items are received in damaged condition, please inform the carrier immediately.

All returns must be return shipped within 7 days of the RMA number being issued. All returns must have an RMA number clearly displayed on the outside of the package. If a return does not have an RMA number displayed on the outside of the package, it will be refused or sent back to you at your expense. You can obtain an RMA number by e-mailing us and letting us know the reason for the return. Please make sure that the words "Request for RMA - Customer No. [your customer number here]" appear on the subject line.

With all returns, please include a copy of your invoice in the package with "PRODUCT RETURN" written in block letters at the very top. To avoid additional charges, returns must be shipped to the following address with the following information provided:
